Thank you for shopping at Naomi Bouncy Blows! We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 business days, and please consider an additional 2-3 business for shipment via our courier. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

We currently only ship within the UK.

Shipping Policies

We do not refund original or return shipping costs, shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error.

We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages, some orders may experience delays after we have sent your order with our shipping partner and we have no control over these delays.

Returns & Exchanges

For the SUL scrunchies and claw clips we don’t offer exchanges or refunds, however if your scrunchies elastic breaks within 90 days, please contact us with a photo of your faulty item and we will send a replacement scrunchie if the fault meets the requirements.
