Why are you called Naomi Bouncy Blows?
Back in 2013 there wasn’t many blow dry accounts and I was super busy and known for my skills on blow drying. It’s took ever since and I think it’s got a good ring to it.
Where are you based?
I'm based in sedgley park Manchester, where super close to all major motorways and 10 minutes from Victoria train station.
What is your professional experience in the hair industry?
I started a hairdressing apprenticeship when I was 15 with Michael John training academy. I did a lot of training in a city centre salon which meant I got on the salon floor and qualified very fast. I had a full collum of paying clients by 17. I still go back to college to do inspiration days with students. I also have a teaching qualification to teach hair dressing & am qualified to apply & train others with 7 types of hair extensions application.

What does SUL mean?
SUL is short for my darling son, Sullivan.

Where are SUL products made?
Our Sul products are completed by my amazing seamstress Janet. I started off originally making them when my baby was asleep in 2020, but as the demand grew I needed to think bigger.
An amazing fact with our scrunchies, during covid Janet was giving her wages from scrunchies back to the church by using the money to make masks and given to the church for free, she now donates back to the church with her earnings. Charity work is something I am super passionate about and as the brand grows I want to find more ways to gibe back to the community.
Where is the SUL salon based?
The SUL salon is based on Bury New Road in Prestwich, Manchester.

Subscriptions
How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to your selected delivery interval and the products will be automatically delivered by the shop after each successful renewal.
For example, if you signed up to our monthly Silver subscription, then the system will automatically charge your credit card £4.99 each month and you will get access to all of the content within that subscription and have The Naomi Edit newsletter delivered each month.
What do your monthly subscriptions include?
They are a monthly guidance on how to become the best you. I’m on a self care journey as well as hair and through social media I have connected with so many others also on this journey.
Think of this as the ultimate friend group, hair, mind & and girl gang all in one.
Currently there are 2 Naomi Bouncy Blows subscription services available, Bronze and Silver. The Gold subscription will be available soon, and it's simple to upgrade if you've already signed up to Bronze or Silver!
Both the Bronze and Silver subscriptions include The Naomi Edit newsletter, which is a monthly newsletter delivered to your address which includes tips and advice from me, ranging from haircare products, to hair growth secrets, personal experiences, life updates, monthly horoscopes and more! Not only that, there's a Dear Naomi column where you can email me personally and I'll respond in a future The Naomi Edit newsletter.
On top of all of this, the Silver subscription also includes full length video tutorials by me that you can follow along with.
What is the difference between your monthly subscriptions and your regular content on social media?
My monthly subscriptions offers in depth content that is only available to subscribers.
What are your shipping rates for your subscriptions?
We offer free delivery on our physical products sent to our subscribers.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can pause or cancel a subscription any time you want in the customer portal. The only time when the subscription can't be cancelled is if you started a subscription which requires a certain number of payments before you can cancel it.
The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the shop. You can also access your subscriptions if you create an account in the shop.
How do I upgrade my subscription from Bronze to Silver?
Through the customer portal, you can add products to your subscription. Just click on the Edit button in the products card and edit, remove or add products to your subscription.
Is The Naomi Edit newsletter a digital or printed newsletter?
The Naomi Edit Newsletter is a printed newsletter, the same size as a tabloid newspaper, that will be sent to your address once a month. Get your pen or pencil out as there's some interactive activities that I'm sure you'll love!
