The main thing you need to know is that gratitude changed my life. Rule number one in my life is always gratitude. If you emit high-frequency vibrations, you will attract positive experiences and people into your life. Conversely, if you emit low-frequency vibrations, you'll attract negative experiences and people. (dailydish.co.uk)
The easiest way to get into a positive high frequency mindset is gratitude. I wake up every single morning and say what I’m grateful for. In my job I speak to people who are going through bad experiences and people who are going through good. And the ones who have the most gratitude and the best outlook are 95% the ones who have been through something bad.
Example - in one day I had a client who was the happiest most positive person I had ever met, at the end of the appointment she told me she had just recovered from cancer and had nearly died. Her health was still extremely bad. She was single, jobless and living with her parents, but she was the happiest and kindest person I had ever met.
That afternoon my next client - healthy, a new mum, long term happy relationship, own home and going on holiday the next day, she spent the whole appointment down and moaning about how stressful going on holiday was.
My point - it is you and only you that controls how you feel. If you are grateful for every little thing you do, how can you be sad?! You can’t. If you look at being grateful for waking up with even only a roof over your head that is more than a lot of people. What one takes for granted another dreams of. You have to always take a step back and see how lucky you are. We must be grateful for each thing and each day. I wake up every morning and am grateful for a healthy perfect little boy, the chance to be his mummy. For a roof over our head, a job that pays the bills, food in our fridge. Everything after that is just an absolute bonus.
Gratitude is what will set your positive mindset up for the day and that will keep those positive vibrations bouncing back all day.
With love,
